Student Competitions
Inventor of the Year 2008
This competition aims to promote a culture of innovation and creativity within WA schools. The event challenges students to use their skills in science, design and technology to create a new device to improve our quality of life.
It’s also a great opportunity for budding young inventors to showcase their talents.
With a new category developed specifically for remote schools, this year’s event promises to be bigger and better than ever.
There are some fantastic cash prizes up for grabs and teachers have the chance to pick up money towards a professional learning package. The event is open for all WA students from kindergarten to Year 12.
