SCIOS

Journal of the Science Teachers' Association of Western Australia.

SCIOS is a journal that seeks to promote the study of science and science education in Western Australia. It is published four times per year by the Western Australian Science Teachers' Association (STAWA). The Journal seeks contribution from all science educators in primary & secondary schools and colleges, tertiary institutions and other affiliated science educational organisations.

Where does the name SCIOS come from?

Scios is from the Greek word scionoso meaning "to know"

For Authors
All science educators are welcomed to publish their science experiences, classroom activities and research; categories with some guidelines are included here.

Editorial Board
The current editor, Rachel Sheffield, would like to encourage any interested parties to volunteer to join the SCIOS Editorial board.
